This front page consists of a mainly black and red colour scheme. There is evidence of some white features for example the background and the shirt Beyoncé is wearing. The use of the red is to stand out against other texts, for example, the masthead-VIBE completely stands out as it against a white background and is the largest font size, this is to re-inforce the reader that they are reading a VIBE magazine. The main text reads "Beyoncé strips down for summer" This symbolises the picture and gives some insight to the reader of what articles may be featured.
